Wardrobe in a Suitcase

When asked to design a product that fitted in a suitcase, I looked more specifically at the suitcase itself, a product for the suitcase.
The extendable/collapsible suitcase-wardrobe is an attachment to the suitcase which could be completely removed from the suitcase itself. Using the same mechanism as a scissor lift, the wardrobe fits into the required 230mm and extends six times its original size.
The wardrobe is packed fully extended, then collapsed for your travels. When you reach your destination the wardrobe is opened and all your things are all visible and neatly organized making living out of a suitcase more enjoyable.
The main structure is aluminium and the linen fabric is stretched around lightweight frames.
The suitcase-wardrobe weighs less than 2kgs.
